Our policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Each piece is carefully prepared for gifting and dispatched promptly, so changes post-purchase are not possible.

Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Velvet. We will verify the concern before confirming the return or replacement.

  • If you feel the product received does not match the description or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review your concern and provide a suitable resolution.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any warranty-related claims should be directed to the respective manufacturer.

Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved by Velvet after due inspection, the amount will be processed within 9–15 working days to the original payment method.
